I have a Firestorm 22 on order and have now discovered that the rear sight may be either 3-dot or U-shaped as they're apparently randomly supplying both. It's doubtful that my local gun shop could get the distributor to send one instead of another as they don't cooperate with dealers very well. I need 3-dot sights to practice for bigger calibers that cost too much to shoot because all those guns have them...two of which are Bersas.
If I get stuck with the wrong sight can it be changed under warranty? From my standpoint it would be a defect but would warranty cover? How much would it cost me if I have to pay? The whole idea is cheap practice because the ammunition costs too much in other calibers.
