Does it include instructions on how to be a good sheep after the emergency takeover of the country? I can see it now: Chapter 1: "Your first time to an internment camp" Chapter 2: "cooperating with the authorities" Chapter 3 "Your former constitutional rights: why you're better off without them".

I think I would be inclined to do just the opposite of anything FEMA suggests. Don't really care for the way they disarmed the good citizens of New Orleans after Katrina struck.
